Phases
We invite you to view the entire construction process of this new home. In the following pages, the construction process is presented to you in Phases that were accomplished over the course of approximately 5 months. From Concept to Completion, TND has brought this homeowner’s Dreams to Reality.
PHASE 1 – PLANNING & EXCAVATING
Planning is crucial to any building project; cost estimates, client approvals, design & plans, building permits and more before demolition, excavation and septic can begin.
PHASE 2 – FRAMING & EXTERIOR
Floor Deck & rough framing, roofing, windows, doors, sliders, exterior deck and siding are in this phase. TND use the highest quality materials in the industry.
PHASE 3 – WALLS & MECHANICALS
Insulation throughout home, drywall the interior, install mechanicals; furnace, water heater, water softener, well water bladder, duct work and more.
PHASE 4 – INTERIOR FINISHES
Name brand plumbing fixtures, door hardware, pendant & recessed lights and even outlet covers are installed to add function and unique custom style.
